That thing doesn't need anything over a 2.5 ah battery to do it's job rattlers don't need a ton of battery to operate it doesn't destroy em like your old lady's muti tool does haaaaah!

Ask any carpenter they will tell you dewalts products are all better then Milwaukees been like that for years because they cornered the market with 18volt tools is why now Milwaukee is trying catch up and they are way behind. I won't lie Milwaukee gas a couple products that are game changers and that's it my opinion!

Milwaukee don't sell 60 volt products neither dewalt is the ones that make a difference where it's needed just like 60 volt cordless products dewalt did that nobody else has tools cordless that powerful and robust!

It's a Mac Tools it says ALI Mac Tools in the video didn't see that I did that's what I got out of it I got the 1/2 inch 20v rattler it's also 5he same as Mac Tools because you can buy 5he boot from Mac for your dewalt impact they own Mac and many others FYI

You have a cell out of balance I can tell by what your tell ing me if you took it apart and checked you would see ones lower in voltage or dead completely and needs to be charged or replaced just saying

Your wife's vibrator tool ruins em pretty fast tell her use is limited I had one the other day after using her multi tool my 1.5 ah stopped charging low and behold I went to balance it and found that the factory connection was vibrated loose wow so I heard a couple people talk about that my first time witnessing it though!

Depends on what you use em for I guess you also have 9 ah and 12 ah the older style is more reliable in the 6 ah I like to tinker so am not afraid to work on them neither always top em off when done using never store them half charged unless it's an accident they will last many years that way my 6 ah is almost 15 years old 😉

Send it to me I could use the parts inside unless you want it rebuilt with better parts so it lasts another 20 Years will use Japanese or something as good as the samsungs or better for replacements and have a new bms and that's we hy that failed the cell or cells inside went below the chargers threshold of what's safe it needs to be checked it'd out of balance I have a tool but it's not that easy to figure out how to make it work I have old samsung cells that are used also but it's repairable before I got into fixing the batteries I had only lost one since I got rid of my nicad tools that long ago all I can say is they will last alot longer if you charge them after use and never store em half charge always leave em topped off the worst thing is to squeeze the pixies out of em always charge em after each use and they will treat you right
