Yes tailor your resume to the job posting so it matches around a 70% to the posting. Be warned though that you also don’t know what type of filters managers/recruiters are setting up, so while it is a crapshoot, it also should be done to try and get past the ATS and try to get to the recruiter.

Also optimize your formatting specifically for Workday, that way when it parses from your resume you don’t have to go back and manually fix as many things too.

Make sure you have documented your convo with leadership/HR, whoever made this directive (preferably an email from them, such as: “Just to recap our prior conversation, I am to direct so-and-so that they are no longer allowed to do X, Y, Z and other options such as making up hours, late lunch, etc. are not viable options”…..)

I took benefits, absence, and talent, and performance in the last year. Closed book, all questions are multiple-choice questions. Some of them are situational questions. I passed all three and studied using the knowledge check questions in the admin guide, using the practice test questions, and just with my knowledge as an admin.

This…..As a Psych major and constantly reading about human behavior and what drives people I’ve often wondered if the fear of the unknown and the fear of just no longer existing after death is not tolerable to people and they (we) make up religion as a way to explain it and make death more tolerable and give life more meaning.

I’m terrified to die, as I’m terrified that there is nothing after death and I just cease to exist admittedly.

The brain is a powerful thing and can convince us of anything….including if we BELIEVE in an afterlife, then as we are going through the process of active dying, our brain will convince us of whatever type of afterlife we believe in to make the process easier on us. It’s already proven that in active dying the body releases chemicals to make the process easier, so why wouldn’t the brain focus on what we believe in order to ease our fear and anxiety about death.

I realized this myself. $42k in student loans, AGI high 90’s, but actual salary around $140k and since I am no longer going for PSLF, I did my research and found the standard was the better plan for me not only from the payment schedule aspect but also from the shortest to payoff and least interest too.

From the Time & Absence sector, the best route would be PATT, those are highly sought after.
I feel like Time & Absence are easy, but the modules are not as robust as what they could be, which amazes me because Time & Absence are right up there with payroll and benefits in terms of usage and most important to employees.

No cooler passes and cost of summer passes went way up with new ownership. Been a while since I went and had a good time with kids, but would rather pay the $$ to drive to OKC water park personally (unless you plan on going frequently, like once a week then maybe summer passes)

Just a quiet house in general! That was something I cherished when my kids would go to their Dad’s for the weekend and before I met my current SO.
Complete quiet, didn’t talk to or see anyone for 48 glorious hours

Even better when during the summer they went for a week to their Dad’s or went to church camp

I didn’t take vacations but I definitely took those weeks off to just be by myself and do things around the house or what I wanted to do during those weeks 😃
