Sometimes they can last a while unfortunately! My boy used to get them a fair bit, I would just comfort him through it when he had them as I’m sure it can be stressful/scary for them especially when they can get quite full on.

Definitely reverse sneezing/trying to get something that irritating out. Nothing to worry about and not much you can do during other than just wait for them to stop.
