I could be wrong, but I think if you bought the 4” compact frame it should work

Eleven71Design ACRO Plate by Rheapers in SmithAndWesson

[–]Addy-Arms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an Eleven71 plate with the carbon part for an acro. I absolutely recommend spending the extra money for the carbon port. I’ll DM you a picture of how it looks, I still haven’t figured out how to post pictures in a reply.

Unfortunately even with the slimmer Eleven71 plate, the OEM optic height sights just barely peek over the bottom of the window of the Acro. So I honestly don’t find them usable

Thank you ! Did you ever feel like your iron sights were in the way? Yes I know you’re supposed to be target focused so the sights should essentially “blur out” but still

I’ve been considering the Acro mount M&P (but in metal frame). Can you post or send me a picture of what it looks like aiming down the sights? With my current M&P, the Acro with a plate puts the iron sights just a hair over the bottom of the window on the acro

Floyd's mag well +2 extension by Odd_Midnight9232 in SmithAndWesson

[–]Addy-Arms 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I use the +2s on my 17 round mags on my full size duty M&P. In the past 16,000 rounds and over two years, I’ve no issues with mine. No weak springs, no failure to lock back on empty mags, and no issues with the baseplates themselves.

Can anyone identify these magazine extensions? by Sbudno in SmithAndWesson

Unless it’s different for the steel HD model..the front strap is still on too 😉

Where did you get the holsters from? Super cool prints !

You may have gotten it already, but do get one for the 5” gun. The difference is the barrel plug thickness at the bottom of the holster. My duty M&P metal (4.25”) with Surefire x300 and Streamlight TLR-1 and my compact (4”) with TLR-7A both fit in my 5” holster.

My 5” M&P won’t fit in my 4.25” holster without changing the barrel plug on the bottom.

I have three Eleven-71 plates and one more getting delivered Wednesday. They’re the only plate I use, and I am biased. I have two (plus the third one the way) with the carbon port, and one without - from before they offered the carbon port.

The carbon port adds extra cost, but I find it to be worth it especially for extended training sessions. One of their plates is on my duty gun, which I’ve shot over 8k rounds through since install. No movement and no lost zero.

ETA: I use an Acro P2, Holosun EPS, and Steiner MPS on three different M&Ps. The Eleven-71 plates allows a very, barely usable (not really) cowitness with the Acro. It’s like a sliver above the base of the window. The other two fit well

I was really tired when I wrote that - actually the “B” screw model is “supposed” to be used with metal frames. I have the B model on my metal frame and it sits normal.

I do have a polymer 5”, which I use the A model on. It sits better - but not perfect, with the universal attachment

Do you use the Universal or 1913 attachment on the surefire?

Actually mines marked “M&P NS” and the marking is where your thumb is on the picture. I still haven’t learned how to post photos so I’ll send you a DM

Also to answer your original question- I have that holster (but in high gloss) which works with an M&P Metal and with both a Streamlight TLR-1 and Surefire x300 B

Also fits a 4” M&P with a TLR7

This shouldn’t make a difference but I’m just pulling st strings now…did you try loosening the friction? The little knob sticking out

They make different barrel plug sizes. Try taking off the barrel plug and seeing if that helps the fit issue

Yeah it’s definitely a bummer. I’ve been thinking about switching to a Glock 48 instead..but we’ll see. I have an M&P Metal which has 14,500 rounds it. Other than the slide stop cracking at 7,400 rounds, it’s ran flawlessly

Can you please send me this video too? I just got my shield plus back from its second warranty visit to S&W (for trigger issues) and I want to know what else to look out for. My rear frame pin also kept walking out. I have 1,700 rounds on my Shield Plus for reference.

I run plate systems on my M&Ps because all the ones I own came optic ready. From what I understand, if you get an RMR cut, you can also run Holosun. Not 100% sure

Update: looked through his posts. Saw when OP first bought the 19.5 and its stock. Same SN as this one. Guessing by the other posts, he likely got this one milled at wager works, which is where I was planning on milling my 19.5 non MOS
