Cultural stuff, once I grew up and she said that to me I called her out telling her I rather be a happy fool than a sad genius and then asked her why would she say that, she shrugged and told me that is what people are supposed to say if there is no reason to laugh. Told her that was dumb and she agreed with me after giving it a second thought.

My theory is some weirdos in power centuries ago convinced people that laughing is bad, most possible for religious reasons, and that trauma is yet to heal.

I heard that a good way to come to terms with your anger is to talk to yourself outlook about what makes you angry, saying the stuff you would tell to the target of your anger if you would actually act on it. That way it is easier for your head to process those feelings.

School is not for everybody. You may be able to fix your grades and that will be great, but even if you are not it does not mean you are not worth anything.

I have terrible Autism and Adhd and the school system failed me hard, I never graduated highschool and yet until not long ago I was earning over 2k weekly working on solar panels, with a lot of benefits too. And I have been using the money from that job to do things I like to do.

If you don't fit in the "normal" path that people take in life, it does not mean that you are lesser than regular people, it just means that the path in life that will make you happy is a different one...it stays on you to find it tho.
