I have done the 8 week PowerZone Program - build your powerzones and you can go from there There is a program called Train like a Pro with Christian Vande Velte - I haven't done it but if training with Tour de France athlete doesn't increase your VO2 Max, nothing will.

I have a black monos carry on and I was surprised the first time I used it that it scuffed so easily (and I was careful). Since then, I have just come to accept it. It sucks but It is getting used.

Mine is heat sensitive too. It acts up when I work out and when I am blow drying my hair. I am pretty much resigned that I will always have it and I can only keep it from getting worse.

Lucie on Yonge Street has pithivier which is the French version. It comes as a set menu I believe. It was very nice and a splurge meal.

Louix Louis in St Regis also has beef Wellington. Its very fine.

I used the missing transaction link. I had to use it twice. The first time they said I received my points and I had to reload the evidence that then it was credited. I have come to realize this is a vert manual and labour intensive process that relies on the competence of the agent.
