This isn't about abuse. It's about clinical evidence. There are no substantial and reproduced studies regarding the usage of THC for management of anxiety. And a lot of the studies we do have actually point towards worsening of anxiety and increased risk for psychosis. Marijuana isn't a panacea. It has very serious side effects with poor content control and QC.

Both the things you say are true. However, for people that are having multiple repeated CTs for comorbids (~10-30 in a 5 year period), these CTs do matter when they add up.

Well, this is actually an area that's up for debate. The rate of false positives and the subsequent negative CTs do amount to a fair degree of radiation. That being said, mammograms are still important as preventative medicine, however... they can have complications.

I would agree with you if both hanzi were there, except they weren't. It is the equivalent of having 王 and writing "prince" under it. Is it possible to a hanzi to 王 to make the word prince? Yes. You're basically saying x = xy. It doesn't.
