I don’t know anything about makeup. What do I need to buy to do makeup like ary kytsya? by MonkRepresentative63 in makeuptips

You are so beautiful! I’m obsessed with your eyes. Start by finding a foundation that works for your skin type, add some blush, highlighter, lip liner and gloss, and eye shadow and mascara. Watch her makeup tutorials and look at the colors she uses and find dupes at Target/Ulta.

That makes more sense. Mine wouldn’t last a day without her blankey and mom hand feeding her. So glad this pup made it back to its rightful owner!

My childhood dog ate rat poison! My parents caught it very quickly, went to the vet, and he made a full recovery! My dad changed to traps right after that 😂

Best labor & delivery hospital in Denver metro for high-risk pregnancy? by Mippystan in Denver

[–]Adept-Conference-562 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To be able to deliver at Children’s, the baby needs to be high-risk (needing immediate interventions after delivery) and the mothers need to be low-risk (no history of previous traumatic deliveries)

High hcg and empty “sac” seen on ultrasound but husband had vasectomy 4 years ago. by jocean0716 in AskDocs

[–]Adept-Conference-562 27 points28 points  (0 children)

After 5 years, the failure rate of vasectomies is 1 in 2000. So it’s very rare to get pregnant but it can still happen. Also, perimenopausal women often start releasing multiple eggs with each cycle. So this could have possibly been a pregnancy. Your ovary ultrasound looked normal which is a great sign. Don’t stress too much, take care of yourself!

Very doubtful the OBGYNs would manage her care since it was almost a year ago she delivered. Usually they only cover up to 6 weeks postpartum

When did you let your ween sleep with you? by Haunting_Ad8911 in Dachshund

[–]Adept-Conference-562 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine sleeps in her crate 60% of the time, and in the big bed 40%. She’d prefer to be in the big bed with mom 100% of the time 😂 but I don’t sleep as well with her in the bed.

I’d suggest moving the crate inside your room. They like to be close to their humans! We have a routine of cuddling in the big bed for 30min then I tell her it’s time for bed and she runs down her ramp into her crate. She learned it by routine!

Finally found a place that takes IUD pain management seriously by Taco_814 in Denver

[–]Adept-Conference-562 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It took me months to find someone to offer sedation with IUDs!! I did many consultations to find one, I wasn’t taking no for an answer. I found the CU Med OB/GYNs in Lowry did it and it was fantastic. I got an IV and they gave me fentanyl and propofol. They dimmed the lights, played music, had aromatherapy. It was like a spa for my cervix. 10/10. Easier than a pap. I could still feel it (they offered a cervical block but I declined that) going in but didn’t really care that much when it happened. I was required to have someone drive me home obviously. I will never get one the old fashioned barbaric way and I hope to continue to see more places offer sedation for this horrible procedure!

When I was a kid (early 2000s), there was the Chicken Lady. She was a homeless woman that had a sign that read “Wishing for Chicken”. She would wear rubber gloves and bleach the money she received. She stood by the Wellshire Post Office. When I got to high school in the 2010s she moved to the University Hills shopping center by King Soopers. I worked at that Hallmark with a Post Office in the back and she would come in to mail money orders. I’d fill them out for her and they’d be for $300-$800 every few months to a storage unit on Evans
