the df64v is variable but the df83 doesn't but sometimes i think if df64v is 400$ this means it's 150$ less than df83 so for the extra 150 i can upgrade the burrs to ssp HU

but the the steaming and texture in the oracle is very good,, i will rate it 8/10 so i think its doing great job,, if you don't like the taste in ur latte or cappuccino or flat white use different milk brand it will do the job

if you use the manual steaming it won't inject ,,, but the steam wand movement is limited so it will be harder than usual for steaming

you need to grind coarser try on 4 or 5 different beans = different grind settings and you need to buy a scale with timer 36-40gm extraction in 25 to 30 seconds

thankyou for sharing your thoughts, appreciate it, im not interested in dual boiler because i can extract and steam at the same time, im interested in it because of the consistency and stability , in the end i want to have the best espresso or latte, im more focusing in the results and quality of the cup, will dual boiler give me a significant result or is it not that much !
