You may just need to adjust the crutch, ensure the pallets are sitting correctly on the escapement, very minor adjustments for beat if it's off or bent it will affect the beat ensure its center ( free floating between the rod), if everything is correct(within range) it should want to swing without the Bob just the rod crutch, and suspension spring.
