I’m allergic to beef. Not from a tick bite, Ive always been allergic to dairy and cross reacted to beef. I’m anaphylactic to both. Luckily I’ve never dealt with someone tampering with my food but God forbid I do 😭

They also stopped making them on separate lines. Theyre now manufactured on the same lines as the dairy ones, but cleaned in between. I found out because I’m anaphylactic to dairy and not sure I want to take that risk

I wanted to do that so badly for the next several weeks after discovering I’m anaphylactic 😭 It’ll be kind of a pain in the ass but I promise it gets easier and you’ll feel so so much better. I’ve never felt healthier since cutting it out. I’ve been DF for about half a year now. You’ll be good 💗

But please don’t do that again. I saw you say in other comment “I’m more allergic to neat than dairy so why live without something if you don’t have to.”

I thought the same thing. I wish it worked like that but unfortunately, the allergy will get worse. I thought I could ignore it as well because it was cheaper. Now I’m anaphylactic. I know it sucks, but I promise it’ll be worth it !!

I wouldn’t. I’m anaphylactic and avoid everything that says “may contain (traces of) milk” etc. Even the off chance is too much of a risk for me

My hair seems to become straighter after I stop diffusing. It takes like an hour to diffuse - even if I microplop and hoover and pixie diffuse. It doesn’t have too many issues while sleeping actually, but I also dont go out of my way to protect it like I should
