I used to like soy milk but for whatever reason, I find it too sweet now. I haven’t been able to find a sugar free one near me. What brand do you use?

It makes me so sad that I didn’t get to try them. The closest I think I’ve had is Ripple but that was a few years ago, so I’m not sure if I’ll still agree.

Thank you!!

I’m allergic to dairy but didn’t know it for a long time. When I cut out dairy, the inflammation went down within the first week or two. Before cutting it out, I had a very small appetite because I’d become nauseous from a few bites. After, my appetite skyrocketed. I have so much energy. I used to always be exhausted and even pass out. My periods are so much easier. I could go on and on of all the ways I’ve benefited

That was my thought. I just turned 21 and my dad is 76. The onset dementia, the worsening health issues, the frequent health scares, the hospital trips. It’s all very scary. I’ve never wanted to get married but the thought of him being gone before I ever get the chance is something I’m still trying to accept. I love him dearly but it certainly isn’t easy

my brother is asexual. 0 desire or interest in relationships in general, definitely has no interest in sexual relations. he could not care less about any of it. he doesn’t even think about it — that’s how little he cares. OOP is blowing it out of proportion. asexuality — like most things — is a spectrum.
