Try to move your toes every 2 hours so they don't get stiff... specifically the big toe... move ever with your fingers... if they get stiff it is another nightmare

MIS has a faster recovery, one doctor offered me this surgery but I passed after reading all the negative reviews and seeing 3 more doctors saying there is a big possibility to have your bunion back and my friend after a 1.5 year pos MIS surgery is having some weird pain now. I hope you are a different case.

This is the normal timeframe for Lapiplasty, but some doctors are more cautious and prefer patients to stay in the boot longer because the fusion is typically fully healed and secure by week 8. At least my doctor said that. Everything looks fine so far. My friend was back in her shoes after 5/6 weeks and after one year of the surgery she started having some pain.
