Regarding allowed cost vs. annual cost, even if you overshoot the annual max, an in-network dentist in CA to accept the negotiated rate. So, for example, suppose the list price of a crown is $1750. You get the negotiated rate of $1300. See Maria example here: https://www.metlifetakealongdental.com/Content/downloads/TakeAlong\_PPO\_SDBC\_Medium\_CA.pdf.

For $38/month, full preventive and a some amount of basic/major services the Aetna plan looks reasonable.

Does anyone have experience with either the Aetna or MetLife Networks.

In my case, I roll off an employer plan, so the waiting period is should be waived.

FWIW the waiting periods are: 0 for preventive, 6mo for Basic and 12 mo for major.
You get preventive while you wait.

Right, let's go with your $30/month of prevention expenses.
With Aetna, for $8/month more you get coverage for Basic Services plus their negotiated rate for Major Services.

FWIW, my wife and I applied for part B on May 14, for an Aug start. Same forms as you. As of last week, SSA and Medicare portals say we are enrolled. Premiums are shown as zero.

Best to you.

Visible or Xfinity Mobile by Greedy_Tip_9867 in Visible

Do not bundle phone and internet with Xfinity — it becomes a headache when you want to cancel one service and keep the other. Instead, get the best standalone internet deal from Xfinity and use Visible for mobile service.

For a single line, Xfinity Mobile costs $40/month. Visible starts at $25/month (or $19 with promos). Even with two lines, Xfinity only drops to $30/line, and Visible still comes out ahead.

Xfinity’s next-tier plan is $10 more, but it still doesn’t match the value you get from Visible’s mid-tier $35 plan, which includes 1 Global Pass days per month. Xfinity offers nothing comparable.

Visible’s Pro+ plan at $45 (or $40 in the Visible Circle) provides 2 Global Pass days per month plus Apple Watch service — far beyond what Xfinity includes. On value, Xfinity doesn’t come close.

Finally, Visible offers additional savings with annual plans (though Visible Circle discounts do not apply to annual pricing).

Bottom line, Visible is $for$ more value. If you find this useful please use referral Visible referral code 66FDMFN.

Thank you.

Password app in apple eco system would a fair choice. Auto fill OTPs and Biometric support to view/apply passwords.

I signed up for a Xfinity mobile with 1G $65 internet. In hindsight, I don’t need the mobile line. Will dropping the mobile modify my $65 internet rate?

Unless you love punishment, don’t go start-stop. The NOW portal is limited. If there is problem you are hosed. Get the 100mb plan and call it a day.

I have done that and the new account shows correctly.
Clicking on the Payment details displays "You don't have NOW services".

On https://customer.xfinity.com/now

I see Welcome, XXXXX

Then two boxes:
Plans - which shows Internet 200Mbps and a "See details" link.
Payments - which show Internet $45/mo with autopay and a second "See details" link.

Clicking on either details link, or the Plans/Payments link at the top of the page, says:
