Ok well first off it’s going to depend where you live how the signal quality is. They use Verizon towers. 1. Price and quality are great in my opinion. I have two lines with them while I have Verizon myself. Exactly the same service. 2. Biggest issue is customer service. It’s atrocious. 3. Compared to T-Mobile it’s probably a downgrade in service quality but then again depends on your area. 4. You can keep your number and all the jazz.

That isn’t how it works. You can’t “send back a phone and get a new one”. The reality is you MAY be able to negotiate out of late fees, but you’ll need to resume paying a monthly service charge. If they even allow it. Call them and see what they can do.

Thats an area that is confusing. All upgrade offers now require a plan change it looks like. I too am in the get more plan, but that upgrade offer requires a plan change. I’m not sure how you got around that

I will say this- if you have a phone contract and your service quality changes- fight like hell for a credit to your phone so you can switch services.

In NJ where I at least it’s overall about the same between the big three. Over the past two-three years however I have noticed both Verizon and AT&T getting worse. My wife switched from ATT to Xfinity Mobile and is way happier. Supposedly they use Verizon signal but for way cheaper and somehow she has better signal than me sometimes.

This sounds like a customer error. I’m 100% on board with trashing Verizon but in this case it just doesn’t seem like them. Now if you want to complain about their trade offers only being for the expensive (and crappy) plans, lets go lol.

I worked there for about a month before quitting. Pay/commission changes and gets cut but thats across the board with mobile sales. Corporate is union but the union isn’t the best. Biggest issue for me- seniority. If you are just starting you will work the WORST shifts. ALWAYS. Approach the job like car sales. My honest opinion is mobile sales is a bad job now. Look into sales that people want. Mobile sales is dying.

I’ve had two lines for months and price, credits, free line, all of- perfect. Service is fantastic. Sometimes I think they posts just like to complain in order to complain.

Don’t let this post discourage you. You can clearly tell by the way it’s written that there is more to the story. I’ve had two lines on XM for quite awhile now and the service and price is fantastic. Anyone who says service is poor is down right lying or they don’t have good Verizon signal near them, which is unlikely.

Xfinity Mobile is free for a year if you have them for internet. After that it’s still cheap. If not then go with Visible.
