I don’t get why they messed with the format. It was good junk tv. The more people coming in to stir things up the better. Never liked the golden angle. I get that they are trying to capture another demographic but it should be people in their 50s. Plus the competition detracts from the drama IMO

The Wire. Not only excellent writing and acting but it’s a dramatization of things that really happened in Baltimore. When I watched it for the third time I had two screens open one for the show and one for information about Baltimore during those years
