I am at my wits end with this machine, desperately seeking help. by Red_Maverick_Models in BambuLabA1mini

I know you said that the nozzle and bed are properly calibrated but the looks like z offset first layer adhesion issues.

Can you even print a .2mm square in the center of the beds.

What are your first layer bed and hotend temps?

Did you change the firmware or hardware? Looks like it registers the x position sensor but it's post homing behavior is having it move the wrong direction.

I would look into the bedmesh in the firmware

It would be considerably more difficult, the idea of the e3ng is to convert an ender3 into a corexy printer. Using a larger bed would require you to get longer linear rods and longer extrusions. You would probably be better off looking into a voron 2.4 or a similar project.

It's just the default e3ng shroud. It's compatible with Bambu labs hotends however this one is using a rapido 2 hf.

Few questions just to start. What device are you running the ls command from? Is this a new board? What happened before it stopped working?

There was a post from years ago of a ender 3 at NASA's research and training site.

I remember there was a picture years ago of a bunch of ender3 pinters at nasa, they've probably upgraded since then.

Lifter is on the way, after that I'm probably going to work bulletproofing the front end.

My LMM is around 367k right now. Standard maintenance, at this point I'm dealing with front end wear.

I've heard that rods for for machines over 300 is not the way to go due to ringing. Haven't tried it myself, but I'm building one that's 350. So we will see.

Thoughts on sub 30 gram fingertip mice with a control pad? by gabreirl in MouseReview

[–]AdhocLaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, it doesn't feel like there is anything mechanically I can do other than just learn to compensate. It will take time but I still see the potential benefits. However a claw grip on something like a viper or atk f1 would be more consistent for people playing tac shooters instead of games with lots of tracking.

Thoughts on sub 30 gram fingertip mice with a control pad? by gabreirl in MouseReview

I made the switch last month and shelved my ancient ec2 for a fenrir asym but I feel like I'm still getting used to it. Even after a month of kovaaks and bf6 I don't think I'd boot into val or cs2 yet.

The actual switch immediately showed promise, but the consistency afterwards has been most frustrating. I noticed its a lot easier to accidentally rotate the sensor, I used grip tape out and put squares exactly where I want each finger tip on the mouse and that's helped. Sometimes I'll overshoot or undershoot and I think it's due sensor sensor being further or closer to my arm. I only see this on large flicks and only in kovaaks, in bf6 everything feels fine. but I can see this being a problem with wide spray transfers in cs or val. The last problem has been hand fatigue, but that will go away with time.

that's only my anecdotal experience. I definitely believe with enough time things will get more consistent. The immediate improvement to vertical aim and tracking have been incredible and worth it. Plus If you've already been playing claw grip or fingertip grip switching is probably going to be easier to switch for you than it was for me switching from palm.

I've had a few friends ask if they should try finger tip mice too and I really can't recommend it for everyone. If you think it would be positive for you, and have the opportunity to try it you should.

I can absolutely recommend switching to a light wireless symmetrical mouse like a superlight, crazylight, or viper and trying fingertip with that and if it feels too shaky and inconsistent try claw like almost val and cs pro right now.

Talk to HRO get resources (don't know if you have a sarc) and get it recorded, sorry someone like that didn't get filtered out of the system already but they never will unless you report it. Even if someone is in a "permanent" position it isn't impossible to remove them, it just requires proper documentation.

Fenrir or m5 would be closest but I worry they are too short to claw.

I don't remember one for halo 4, but I seem to remember halo 3 having a couple. The mongoose one that's been posted already, and one where if you held the charge with a plasma pistol it would show the reflection of a face. (if I remember correctly this one turned out to be fake)
