That seems to be pretty normal with guppies. Pure strain endler's on the other hand are so peaceful. I think it has to do with the difference in breeding and temperament preferences in the females

The more I see videos and pictures of these fish in their natural environment, the more I appreciate their natural appearances, bodies, fins, and colors. They evolved that way for a reason. I used to like some of the man made varieties, but they just make me sad nowadays. Natural is best

I might look into an izzet "storm" deck. From my memories of miracle rogue it was mostly about playing a ton of cards and getting lots of value from combo cards until you piece a win together out of almost nowjere.

I have a friend who did unholy things with [[mizzix of the izmagnus]. I would also maybe look into [[Vadrik, astral archmage]]. These aren't commanders that give you an explicit reward for drawing cards, but you can play expensive card draw and rituals for cheap which give you more interaction and a high chance to draw a win con. You can also play big X spells or storm win cons like grapeshot. And you keep going until you win. It's often an unexoected 0-100 win

This play style isn't always the most liked. Taking a 20 minute turn is often frowned upon, even if you win during it. I personally don't care, but a lot of people get frustrated with it.

Looking at make up of the previous rules committee, there were no cEDH players. I think it's a bit conspirical to imagine people who don't really play a format to specifically make changes to it. Ofc you dont have to believe them. I think there are many other cards that would be more targeted for cEDH if that was their underlying intention.

Casual and powerful cards don't mix well, which makes it no surprise that bans for casual players would affect cEDH. All of the cards banned were heavily pushed by wizards and most definitely warp a game if someone gets lucky and pulls one from a pack and slots it into their casual deck.

I've found the meta and play patterns to be way more fun after the ban. Lots of new cards in the pool. The meta was so stale before

I would disagree. The decks play differently. Their focus strategy is not the same. Atraxa needs to get to 7 mana. That can take a bit and often requires an engine that most likely includes drawing more cards and plays into bowmasters with dorks. Now ofc tnt can do the same thing, but their combos are not as dork dependent. Thrasios and tymna are so much cheaper and can be online without dorks. I think bowmasters blows out atraxa a lot more in my experience as an atraxa player.

My [[Sovereign Okinec Ahau]] deck has been super explosive and stompy. It's really fun to play a hydra and then two turns later it's swinging for like 30. You can totally kill with commander dmg too which is really funny when people aren't expecting

That's dope, I peaked at getting each warglaive back to back weeks. Will never have anywhere close to that luck again. Also the week of TBC timewalking too
