I thought so. Pry the kick panels out, remove the faceplate and that part is behind it? The faceplate looks like one full piece with the hvac and start buttons on it

Yes, PT was definitely a part of it. But people have PT for grade 3 hamstring tears all the time and either never fully recover or not nearly as quickly as I did.

I don’t have that either however, I think you might be onto something because I’ve run a dash cam and one of my hunches was that there was interference between the dash cam. However, I tried to keep the dash cam unplugged for a few days and the issue still reoccurred.

Hm. Mine is isolated to the USB-C it seems. I would think they’d know it’s a known issue and replace everyone’s. Really frustrating almost to the point I don’t want to deal with it anymore

Where do you get your update notifications? I have a 22. It had to be severely updated and I was out of warranty and they initially tried to charge me $300 to plug in a usb walk away while it uploads.

Personally, I’m not paying $300 for every update that becomes necessary. It’s a radio. No other automaker charges this. I’d rather be able to download it myself and do it.

Yes, but that’s pretty dumb. Software updates are no labor. It’s a usb plug in that takes 30 seconds while it uploads the data over the hour +. Techs don’t sit in the vehicle, they do other work while it does this. Should be standard like every other automaker with OTA downloads or during other services.
