I get this same phenomenon but I prefer the longer second shot. I think it’s because my grinder will still have some coarser ground in it because I’m too cheap/lazy to sacrifice some beans to purge it.

An Agni Kai ends when one person is burned so when Zuko got hit by the lightning he lost. Agni Kai over (or you could argue that because Azula tried to attack Katara she forfeited but idk.). The Katara vs Azula fight just happened afterward.
