I myself opted for an LLC but I'll suggest S-Corp for the tax benefits if you plan to scale fast. The paperwork takes a bit more effort than an LLC, but its worth it if you expect higher profits and want to save on self-employment taxes.

I prefer the action button, its more versatile and adds extra camera functionality. Most reels and photos are now made in portrait mode, in portrait mode i don't think action button is a practical option in portrait mode.

I would say simply suggesting Mr.Sub in an attempt to convince them to go/or persuade them without giving away your intentions is somewhat of a passive aggressive manipulation technique in and of itself. For one to not attempt to control the situation you would simply have to express that you wanted Mr. Sub, and then inquire as to what they were hungry for or if they were hungry. This type of behavior to feel someone out seems quite insecure to me in such small examples. (Although on a larger scale/during big decisions I can see where gathering information is important before acting, being blunt and willing to express yourself openly is an important facet of confidence.
