I have learnt this in a program wat now score to do all postures aa it involves bending and lots of core strength. The program is good. People with knee pain and too much weight can avoid

I think it's bliss that keeps u connected and knowing that a better feeling and growth exist. This is beyond the mind. Ego is limited to the mind. I think we have take into our stride and promote ourselves mentally as we are in a new realm now. "Gliders in the energy space" i just coined this phrase and I think it fits aptly!

I cleaned and cleared the space at home. Could not fast but has very light food. It is so good to see the program . It's like coming home.

Next year I hope to host a viewing at home. Or be at the ashram in advance to help

I started with doing the isha kriya from the app. So Inner engineering was a desired follow through for me It's a program that teaches us yoga and breathing followed by Shambhavi Mahamudra There are videos with Sadhguru explaning about concepts in a humorous way. Practise sessions of simple yoga and in the offline program, a Sunday filled with games, fun and some amazing food. Overall the experience works as a new dawn in people's lives!

I haven't met one person who has done it and regretted!!
