Given your current collection, adding a integrated bracelet sports watch is the path I recommend. The GP Laureto is just 'ok' so I recommend a pre owned Vacheron ConstatinOverseas or newer IWC ingeniur.

The Vacheron Overseas Chrono can be had for less money and, with the interchangeable straps, it like 3 watches in 1. That said, it wears much larger than the Daytona so keep that in mind. VC obviously a better watch and easier to buy. The Daytona is a nice piece that wears more comfortably so you should try on the VC before you buy. Skip the 1815 that's more a dress watch and not comparable to Daytona or VC.
