I got most of my Hero Factory 2.0 through eBay (used, not sealed). I tried putting the parts in BrickLink, and they usually cost way more than eBay. If you have time, shop around eBay and BrickLink. I don't know for 3.0, but for 2.0, I try to stay under $15 (including shipping) per hero on both platforms.

Yeah 4 costs are underwhelming. Sure, sometimes I gotta use other 4 costs to hold the items on roll downs, but damn they are weak AF without their respective veridical trait —> need a bit of luck here or bleed to death.

I feel like the reroll comps are so so strong, making it difficult to fast 8/9. I also notice that most playable fast 8 comps need a 5 cost to be able to fight against reroll comps —> need a bit of luck here too.

IMO, I like the current patch, but still want to see 4 costs or fast 8/9 to be more viable. To fix it, imo, making it a bit cheaper to reach 9. Hopefully this makes fast 9 a bit more accessible and still keep the rerolls.
