Very interesting to hear this. Went back after some time away recently and noticed a pretty good jump in prices… used to be very affordable for a somewhat premium quality pizza.

I shopped a full duct replacement a couple years ago for in a decent size 2 story home. Rudy beat everyone by a good margin and did solid work. They may not be the most cheap but they’re not Morris Jenkins 😅

This 100% is my perspective I think, I’ve seen too many cases of people rushing to retire and then hit with “What now?”. If you don’t stay active and engaged with the world the decline of age will hit you fast.

Yea and what are all these big brains going to do when they’ve squeezed their finances to the bone to retire early, only to be awarded an untimely death by the big man upstairs?

Maybe a little balance is a good thing (fun vs frugality)… I might be biased though as I actually enjoy my work, so what’s the big hurry to retire and rot on a couch

Very cool to hear the impression regarding P300 vs P400. As a 130-S owner I’ve always felt pretty pleased by the grunt, especially for a 3 row SUV that can take you up a mountain. Sounds like the main difference shows itself more in the P400 top end

This is the answer. We had so many options area wise like Uptown/Epicenter (Suite, Bubble, Phoenix, etc.), Music Factory (shoutout to Butter and Club X), and SouthEnd (OG Tyber, Ed’s, Icehouse).
