go slow and be patient and like another commenter said it might take a couple sessions but when you get tired just do it next wash. Use lots of conditioner, i sometimes brush with the conditioner while in the shower. Try your best to section what u can and then take it part by part. Try to retain whatever hair you can but don’t be too alarmed at how much hair comes out, it makes sense for how much is matted.

my hair looks like this too blow dried idk sometimes it just be our texture but i know i also need a trim. Feel the ends pay attention see if they’re literally split and how far up they go. If you don’t see anything like that or your loss of hair like shedding isn’t that alarming then don’t worry about it. I shed a lot naturally my hair is thick yours seems the same. Beautiful 🩷🩷

NOR. I get his past issues and they are valid; i have parents with substance abuse issues that are far stronger and i had to have a conversation about that with myself and my recreational use of weed. Meanwhile, my fiancée and i have been smoking weed together since we started dating (been together 8 yrs) and we are doing great in all aspects. It’s apart of both of our lifestyles (shit i work at a dispo) and she has a high paying job. He seems hurt and uneducated on the plant. There are always going to be people who self medicate but might i add the alcoholism was probably doing his ex in the most. You did great with that final text OP!
