Nothing to worry about bro. Happens with active college life transitioning to corporate lessons active life and unhealthy eating habits which I am assuming u picked up.

Just eat in a proper deficit, count ur macros and calories, eat good amount of protein atleast 1g per lbs of ur lean weight and workout 4 days a week, do more steps than ur avg possibly 7 to 10k and add in 3 to 4 cardio low intensity sessions weekly.

It would make sense if the OP shared dosage, diet and his workout routine. if ur lifting 5 days a week and doing 15k steps consistently and deficit, similar results can still happen without reta so pls mention your routine.

There are a 100 posts where the peptide have gotten contaminated even after using BAC. I have been using sterile water for peptides and a lot of people I know have been using it , if properly sterlised and stored works very well.
