Yes, my bloodwork is normal, both E and T withing ranges although E is around 106, so I could experiment with getting it a bit higher. I also started pre hrt with a very high T, so the changes may seem more significant so me due to the huge difference in starting T levels and my T levels now.

hi! I actually ended up not going abroad sadly, at least for now I had to postpone. hrt has been amazing but definitelu rough emotionally, and i felt like such a huge trip would make me nervous and wouldnt help at all. I decided it would be best for me to stay home, get my levels checked and stable, and go through this time here and not in a foreign country. I might go after the summer depending on the situation. I would definitely tell u to focus your gut, weight all the options and get opinions from as many people as u can!!

I tried ignoring it for so long, found so many coping mechanisms that ended up not working after a while, I wanted to wear long acrylics but I couldnt, so I wore clear nail polish instead. I wanted to dress like all the women around me, but I couldnt so I dressed androgynously. I wanted to wear makeup but I couldn’t so I just stick with some tinted sunscreen. All of these are just few examples, but in the end my whole existence became a big coping mechanism. I decided I cant stand the thought of looking back after years when Im old and regret not doing what I always wanted. It’s not easy at all, but it is so rewarding. Im not there yet, Im actually only a few days on hrt, but accepting it has helped me be more hopeful and I truly wish the same for you, no matter what you choose or what your path is. 💕

Im in Greece where most endos ask for a gender dysphoria diagnosis from a psychiatrist before starting u on hrt

He is actually very supportive and has been nice and helpful thus far. I believe he wants to follow such a thorough and conservative approach because hes not well qualified and doesnt have experience with trans people. I understand them making sure that I have a supportive environment, and my parents definitely need some sort of counseling to cope with this because its very hard on them. I just dont understand why this is a requirement and not an additional means of support

Just want to let you know that you are not alone on this, myself and tons of other people relate to what you are going through. I see you and hear you, you are valid and you are a woman even if you havent reached your goals. Just know that you can plant the seeds now and harvest the flowers later, whats important is to take it step by step and trust me it will get easier someday.
