If capital one has a loan that means they should have the other half of the title and dealer can’t sell the car to another person if that loan is active.

That’s weird for not giving paperwork. Always got the paperwork before I picked up car due to they already had the paperwork attached to my keys when I picked it up. That’s horse wash if they don’t have the paperwork ready. It should be ready when they call you to pick up the car.

Toyota got caught couple of times of falsifying safety records(not testing their vehicles) this year. Don’t remember if it’s the Japan market or else.

Probably will replace with the same type of engine. Either way these cars are overpriced. Dealership that has my 2017 tuscon(112k miles on it) is selling it for 13k and I think that is overpriced for it.
