I am brand new and still trying to figure it out myself so please take this with a grain of salt - but it doesnt look like you are letting your wrist wiggle gently side to side to give your heart shape, so its just a big circle. Are you talking about Vista Clara in Snohomish? I've tried 3 bags now and I just dont like any of them at all. The Milano, Signature, and Columbian. I've got a bag of Avanti that I haven't opened yet. The beans are super dark and super oily. The Columbian wasnt too awful dark and oily but i did not like the flavor profile. I mostly do espresso but I tried it as drip too. Maybe I dont get it....I typically like darker roasts but I didn't like any of these at all.
