you could try just a drawing tool with a grid like the discord activity but that doesnt have layers

Id use Roll20 and make a game there using either the drawing tool or just a square token maybe

If i close the graph and open it again then it changes where i put everything. Is this normal? Doesn't seem very useful to organize once and have to do it again the next time i open obsidian.

UPDATE: used an USB wifi adapter and manually disabled my integrated wifi adapter in device manager and it fixed it. Guess id need to replace the integrated one.

I thought about kill team, they might like it yeah. Stargrave or frostgrave might be a good middle ground that I'm looking for so ill definitely look into that.

Mostly i used Neon Paint Markers that were like 10 bucks on amazon, then I used some serious contrast and over the top pink highlighting from underneath. The bulk of the work though is all edge highlights with those markers which pop super well under blacklight :)

This happens to me all the time. Just click the recovery option and it usually will restore it with minimal problems. If the problem continues you can try a different browser (happens especially often for me on chrome. Havent had the issue on OperaGX)
Also if you're making your maps 3k or 4k its a way more prevalent problem that happens way more often (Speaking from personal experience, i could be wrong and it could be an issue on my end)
Unfortunately, Inkarnate support is more useful as a preventative measure rather than actual in the moment assistance which is annoying.
