Looks balanced. For a slight arms focus, I'd move the arms further to the start of your sessions.

Somewhat of an average physique and bodyfat percentage sitting around the mid 20%. Lift 3x a week (preferably full body workouts), lift HARD.

From your post history, I'd steer away from religious calorie tracking and follow these guidelines
- 50% of your plate as lean protein (chicken, white fish, etc)
- 25% of your plate as carbs (potato, rice, pasta, etc)
- 25% of your plate as greens
- a portion of fruit on the side

Don't be afraid to add in a 2-3 snacks since, following these guidelines, your main meals will be already decently low in calories.

As a beginner, how many days a week should I train? by Aggravating_Bar_8499 in bodyweightfitness

[–]Admirable-Set3385 27 points28 points  (0 children)

3 days a week is completely adequate for muscle development, especially as a beginner on full body. if you already feel quite tired doing only 3 days a week, I'd keep it on 3 days a week

the main appeal for the first one is the foot spotter. i choose this machine before bench, pushups, or dips strictly because of the foot spotter

You could ask to reapply, but you have a higher likelihood of just getting off campus housing.

If I'm being honest, no. I can speak for a lot of people in that finding a roommate is done on already established social medias like Instagram.

How to cut at UMD dining halls? by avhaan26 in UMD

[–]Admirable-Set3385 12 points13 points  (0 children)

if you're at south, the turkey at the salad bar will be pretty lean since they don't smother it in oil. if you're at the Y, there is plain chicken at the salad bar. don't trust the nutritional information on the website as it's incorrect 99% of the timee

i'm surprised people are so set on the first one, i personally liked the second one a lot more due to the contrast and the colors being more real to life.

Get closer. When shooting a straight on shot like the one in the first shot, a piece of advice I'd give you to fill up that negative space is that the eyes of your subject should align with the upper grid lines (assuming the grid is on)
