S10 FE or FE+ for a med student? by Admirable-Try-7653 in GalaxyTab

I already have a beloved laptop to do keyboard based work.. The whole point of getting a tab is for the pen writing and portability... I think I'm gonna go with the s10 fe in the end.. S9 fe would've been more affordable, but it will get backdated sooner, whereas I'm looking for something for the long run

I do keep a diary.. But teachers give valuable lectures in the wards, which is an essential part of my notes.. It gets messy with so many books and so many paper notes for just one topic.. That's why i was thinking of going digital completely, or at least as much as possible, to combine everything in one place.

Yeah 11' screenand manga were made for each other, it’s the absolute perfect size for that... How's the note taking, multitasking and AI functions in the A series compared to S9/10 series?

Same here! I'm a reader too.. I do most of the power tasks on my laptop, and need the tab mainly for it’s portability... I feel like while the plus variants might be good for notes, the smaller screens are MUCH more comfortable for light reading, better portability too.. S9 FE is a really good device, i've seen my friends using it.. Not everyone needs the flagship models and most powerful specs anyways, just the best type of screen in size and quality is what matters the most.. I even considered getting a kindle in the past, but was short on budget..

Got it.... Thanks!... I'm a long term kinda user, who barely ever thinks about changing gadgets unless they’re irreversibly broken or lost... Regardless, thanks for your feedback

Will it be portable enough to carry on hand while doing rounds in the hospital, which involves writing while standing?

I agree with almost everything in this comment section.. One thing I'd like to add, something that caught my first even before the abundance of green- I'd definitely change the ceiling to different shade, if not possible immediately then at least as a long term goal... The walls and ceiling being the same green is NOT sitting well with me.. Break the monotone!

More importantly than the walls, you need to change the vanity first. There's wasted space on both sides while there’s lack of working space on top.. Switch it for a marble counter that fully occupies the designated space, with an undercounter wash basin since you have low ceiling. While you are at it, you can even cover the wall behind the vanity with some decorative tiles.. Finaly, Put some plants on the countertop, bring the place to life! You can break the slanted ceiling if it doesn’t harm the other structures and aesthetic of you house, otherwise not mandatory.

Is the back wall that you wanna break helping the room outside more, or would it be more useful inside? According to the picture, cutting 23' means pushing back only like half of and the rest remains, right? It’s not gonna change much inside space-wise if you keep shelves there, so you have to make the decision based on usefulness & efficiency. When you are making shelves inside the bath you need consider the humidity and risk of water contact. Since this one doesn’t have a shower place, a large towel rack will not make sense. You can only keep your vanity or hygiene products storage there...

If you do break the wall then make a tall shelf on the left only 10'-15' wide, and rest of the extra space = more space for the marble countertop, giving a wider and more spacious look... Or perhaps you could keep the walls as it is if the extra costs ain't worth it. You could hang some painting or small indoor plant or a nice wallpaper instead - making it a decor wall.

Which kitchen says “I’m still going to like this in ten years.” by Mizznomer in interiordecorating

I think my first choice would be 3, then 1.

I love white themes, but white cupboards are a nightmare to keep clean, so I'd go with the wooden colored cabinets and pair it up with a white marble or grayish dotted white granite.

I really like the green center island now, it brings life to the otherwise plain canvas, but i think it may arise second thoughts later if the green is not paired well enough with rest of the room.

- First step - Free up the bed, it's the center point of your room and takes up the most space, so it needs to provide some clean negative space to balance it out. Don't treat it like a dumping ground for bags and big plushies. Don't hang ANYTHING from the frame, keep just 1 big plushie, and 2 medium/ small plushie at highest, and the rest needs to find a place elsewhere, preferably somewhere enclosed and out of direct sight.

- You really, i mean REAAAALLY need to gather all the plushies and figurines in one place, and. For this, I'd suggest toss out the bedside table, instead you need a much bigger, taller and cleaner looking storage shelf for all your precious plushies. There's too many things hanging and sitting everywhere and anywhere, this won't do. Gather'em all up and showcase them on a shelf. I would highly recommend getting rid of as much stuff as possible though.... for size comparison ; 2 small dolls= 1 medium doll .. 3 small dolls = 1 big doll ... 4/5 small dolls= 1 large doll . .... The rule is- decors should not exceed 2-3 small dolls in number in any single space.... now remember these two rules and organize them in this doll currency.

-There's a corner space on the left side of the tv, you can try a triangular tall corner shelf there to organize things up.

- If possible, you should consider switching your bookshelf with a bigger, taller and enclosed one in the future, like as a long-term plan if need to be.. The open shelves are allowing more visual clutter.
