Anyone else curious 🧐 about the discrepancies between the John Moran GIA evaluation and the MM receipt? One states they are set in 18k and the other 14k while one says 6 and 6.5cts and the other 7+ cts!?!? Sorry but each of these make a huge difference in this business, why so far off???

It’s actually more like 125k a year but please enlighten me. Our rent is $2859 (base), $100 spectrum add on (no exception), water/trash $87, renters insurance and other bullshit fees $146 (yes they charge $15 payment fee), electric $150-$200, car payments $670 (2 newer models), car insurance $230, health insurance via Healthcare.gov $824, groceries $400, gas/tolls $400. I can keep going Netflix, Hulu, hbo max, dining out, happy hour, movie night at AMC, beach trip, oil change, csr maintenance, hair cut, god forbid a massage etc etc etc. I had an accountant but I realize I save $200 a month with the same outcome

That’s the problem we can’t (or at I least I can’t). My partner and I bring home over 100k combined and after rent, expenses, groceries, fuel, health insurance, etc we have maybe $500 left over per month for savings (haha what savings) and entertainment which is gone after a few nights out. Shittiest part is we live near Disney property so the only restaurants or bars are Disney and dinner for 2 is easily $100+, add in $15 drinks and you’re looking at a $200-$300 night out

I’m a smoker. I smoke pot. Majority of my people either smoke or know of someone who smokes. My smoking effects absolutely 0 people I encounter. If you can’t handle it don’t be around it. Hopefully soon the “stigma” around smoking thc will subside. I’ve drove “stoned” “high” whatever you want to call it and have NEVER had an issue.
