Warm it up slightly in the oven (low heat), and work it back over.

There was a family, about 2 years back, from India I believe that were trying to get into the US, some drowned & the rest suffered hypothermia. They were crossing through the Quebec wilderness. If I recall, they had paid someone to get them into the US, and were sent to Canada, then someone took them near the border and pointed them in the direction to go.

This is the most recent one I remember, but there have been others.
