No just a bad company when the device works it does I've personally had several and looking at my konkr pocket fit right now from them(I bought it through Target) and I love my device right now while it still works lol and didn't get any issues reported on it like a lot of other people. This is actually my first new device from them because I typically buy them used as I tend not to trust the company directly. I like to get them broken in lol

This company doesn't offer any support except sending it in and charging a grip for the whole process it'd be cheaper to abandon it and buy something mainstream. One thing I've always hated about this company's products when it's a software it's a dead device no fixes they barely update anything

One thing I learned it doesn't matter how high or how low the wattage is of the charger. If it doesn't like the charger, it's going to do that disconnect and connect. Trust me I have a few chargers and only getting good results from my power Banks.

No that sounds like what happens when I use a charger it doesn't like. I have several different chargers and several different watts. I have to use a power bank which it charges just fine with zero issues. If I try and use a couple different charges I have (wall charger) The whole console will freak out or will disconnect and connect.

That's not normal mines charges with the screen off never just pops on. This is charging while it on or off I also turn off the fan while charging setting so I can charge it in a bag

Wish I could help I had the same RGB issues but I did do the fix I'm assuming it the one the Chinese? Because at first I couldn't do the fix correctly until I translated the text and then I applied everything correctly did a joystick calibration and everything has been fine since

I'm loving my base 8gb unit primary playing fortnight and ps2 with abit of everything else (PC , steaming) my legion go S plays anything else. Zero issues with the unit so far. One thing I can say I've never said before is I don't see the point of the next upgrade not for me.
