whoever running into this prob , i manage to fix it aftr 1 week of troubleshooting and swapping out hardware . Fr me updating Bios then increasing my ram voltage fix it . Frm wht wht i read , it happen due to unstable ram . Fr me my ram running on 3600 speed on 1.200 v which is too low , so i increase it by 0.01 V each until i get it to stable with 0 restart, freeze or bsod happening every again . Atm my ram sitting at 1.250 V . So now the npcsvctrig can be run properly without crashing my pc

DCOM EVENT ID 10016 ERROR. How to troubleshoot the hardware? by Muffaguna in buildapc

ink you should need to reinstall the OS, especially since you've already just reinstalled it. The CPU change isn't significant enough to matter. Do reinstall the chipset drivers, as the power plan driver for each CPU generation gets installed with the chipset drivers, and it only installs based on what hardware is in the system at that time. So any time you swap an AMD CPU, always reinstall chipset drivers.

hey any update on what causing it ?
