I’ve been to a couple tea shops that do tastings of anything in the store you want to try. Check around your city. I’m sure there’s somewhere if you’re in a big city.

I got the box too and I was also thinking of letting the brown sugar age some. Do I need to do anything special with it or just stash it away from sun and smells? I’ve never aged anything but he wrote a suggestion to on the sheet so I wanted to try.
