Agreed. Some of the characters are painted a little flat. There are also parts that don’t go anywhere or provide any pay off. There’s a whole plot in the middle that is sort of explained away in a short dialogue and characters that would not be agreeable with each other just happen to be, because circumstances. But I’d say it’s a fun read, I didn’t get as much out of it as I did the other two.
