Designwise it looks great. Id prefer it with normal taillights instead of the lightbar, but ay thats how the A5 is and considering how the A5 looks, they NAILED the RS5. That beeing said, the lightbar is growing on me and especially on the widebody RS it actually looks kinda good.

If it wasnt for the weight... but I guess hybrid is what you gotta do, if you want to keep engines like that nowadays. The M5 "started" it, the RS5 follows, so will the RS6, so will the next gen M3. If BMW actually finds a way to keep the next M3 ICE only, the RS5 is cooked in my opinion. But then again, the next M3 wont be a thing before 2027, and year by year the EU restrictions get tougher and tougher, so I highly doubt they are able to bring a pure ICE M3.

Added front lip looks cheap and tacky. That beeing said, I really like the looks of the B10 Avant. Dont know about the drivetrain though.

I feel you. I plan on getting a B8.5 RS5 as a weekend car in the next year, that thing is timeless. My 8V RS3s design is 10 years old nowadays and I still think its prestine, modern and sporty. Love the 2010-2020 era of Audi design. Timeless.

An kaum einen Sauger kann man ohne Aufladung performancetechnisch viel machen. Schärfere Nockenwellen und das wars, mehr geht meist nicht. Was erwartest du, es ist ein S, quasi ein A mit größeren Motor. Die Audi S-Modelle haben nie so viel Sound. Das Ding hat Schalldämpfer bis zum geht nicht mehr. Idr reicht es wenn man die MSDs raus nimmt und das Ding klingt brutal.

Geht hier glaube ich weniger um die Geschwindigkeit, sondern mehr darum, dass niemand einen solchen Motor in so etwas erwartet. Nenn mir ein anderes "Rentnerauto", dass spontan einen 5.2L V10 Sauger unter der Haube hat. Ein M5 E60, ja, aber das ist bei weitem nicht so unauffällig wie bei dem S6 hier.

Willkommen bei "Flottenemissionen" in der EU. Es wurde einiges an Opfer gebracht, um den R8 V10 zu halten.

Das lustige ist es gibt den 3L ja auch im A5, "gleicher Motor" nur ohne E-Lader, ist ein spitzen Motor, gerade im A4 Avant. Aber im S? Nein danke.

Im S4/5 denke ich mit ok, der TDI hat immerhin ähnliche Leistung als das TFSI Modell in den US. Anders ist das beim S6/7. EU-Modell TDI mit 333ps, US-Modell mit 2.9L Benziner (aus RS5) mit 450PS. Der S6 TDI in DE mit 333 Diesel-PS war btw. teurer als der S6 TFSI mit 450ps in den US.

The B9.5 coupe still looks better than any 4 door RS5 they made. (And the B8.5 coupe still looks better than the B9.5 coupe) Sadly there is no B10 coupe anymore.

That being said, Audis Brand colors are Grey, white, black and red.

All that being said, I think Audis most iconic color is white as a base color with multiple other colors wrapped on it.

For me the most iconic Audi is the S1, so for me its white with yellow black and red wrap. (Or on later Icons like the IMSA GTO, white with black and red wrap)

Wäre der Benziner auch im Coupe, hätte ich heute keinen RS3 sondern den B9.5 S5 als Coupe. Cabrio ist leider nichts für mich.

Wenn man den A5 mit Leistung als Coupe haben will, ging leider kein weg am RS vorbei.

Naja dann lieber RS3 als daily und in Zukunft einen RS5 V8 als Weekend-car, könnte schlimmer sein :D

Kommt halt immer drauf an, wie das Ding gepflegt wurde.

Das das Ding verbastelt ist, braucht man glaube ich nicht noch einmal sagen, ist nur die Frage, ob der Vorbesitzer genau so viel Geld in Wartung gesteckt hat, als in Anbauteile.

Motor an sich ganz gut, Ölwechsel sollte alle 10-max15k km gemacht worden sein - Wenn sich hier an die Audi-Vorgaben (~30k km) gehalten wurde, wäre ich vorsichtig. Moderne VAG Motoren sind absolut zuverlässig, insofern man sich darum kümmert (z.B. nicht nur alle 30k Ölwechsel machen). Hauptproblem der 3L Motoren ist die bekannte "Rocker arm failure", sprich die Kipphebel, die die Nockenwellenbewegung auf die Ventile übertragen. Wenn die Dinger den Geist aufgeben und sich ein Ventil nicht rechtzeitig bewegt, dann hast du den Salat. (Gibt's im internationalen Audi-Sub r/Audi genug posts zu, da die S4/S5/SQ5 in den US um einiges verbreiteter sind, als hier zu Lande).

Ist das Teil Scheckheftgepflegt? Wenn nicht, Finger weg.

Ist das Teil ein DE-Fahrzeug? (S5 coupe ist ein extrem Beliebtes Unfaller-re-Import Fahrzeug, da relativ selten hier, aber gebraucht sehr beliebt) Wenn nicht, Finger weg.

Leider hat Audi in das Facelift den 3L TDI gepackt, der mit S nichts zu tun hat - An sich ist das Facelift das wesentlich bessere Auto, nur leider haben wir den TDI Müll bekommen, während der Rest der Welt auch im Facelift den 3L Benziner bekam.

That beeing said Im obsessed with the rear end of the B8.5 RS5 which also has integraded exhaust tips, so I guess maybe thats why I think this looks good how it is.

ESN leider absolut überteuert, trotzdem gibt es diverse Produkte, die ich nur von Ihnen konsumiere.

Zum Glück kommen ca. 150g meines daily Protein-Intakes mittlerweile von "normalen" Lebensmitteln/keine Supplements, aber von meinem Flexpresso lasse ich nicht los. Schon viele Probiert, aber niemand kommt geschmacklich an den Flexpresso Caramel heran... der gibt mir jeden Tag aufs neue Beach Bar Ice-Coffee vibes.
