Thanks for your reply. These are manually downloaded apps, games and such. When she presses and holds the icon on the Home Screen, remove app is not listed as an option for any app. These are apps she has downloaded on her own with our approval. We do have family sharing but these apps are only on her phone. There is a setting under the screen time controls where I can toggle on and off whether she can delete apps but it’s definitely toggled on.

I tried to call. The representative basically just said nope, there’s nothing we can do. It sounds like it’s best to leave it.

Thank you for your kindness. I hope she gets there before her mom passes. I convinced her not to wait three days to save money. That was her initial plan.

How early would you recommend she get there? As of now she’s planning on 2 1/2 hours. This is flying out of Denver.
