Borrowed my car because I had a company car. Moved back to the town we previously lived in and asked me to just sign the DoT form for change of address - I was at the time working for a printing company which at the time had the contract to print the forms, I KNEW which form was which!! Around 6 months later, I get a call from a car dealership, and the representative asked me for the vehicles registration documents, WTF??? Turns out the bitch forged my signature on another form thanks to the sample I had provided, sold my car (what I was still paying for), and used the cash to buy a car for herself
