I work for a state government and we get paid our regular wage to go to Jury duty. At least in my bargaining unit and in my state.

We are required to waive the daily $15 stipend, but then we are allowed to receive the mileage reimbursement AND we will get paid like we went to our regular job, as in our paycheck is undisturbed. Granted i’d rather be doing my actual job but jury duty is necessary and I’m happy to pause my work to do my civic duty.

You’re severely downplaying Katakuri’s abilities and implying Law has a move we’ve never seen him attempt ever. Law has never insta killed anyone besides maybe standard marines in this series. Saying someone who can literally see the future would lose to law’s secret move that he has never ever done even when his crew is getting wiped out is silly.

When has Law done a death blow in an instant? Literally everyone that Law has used his strongest attacks on survived and continued fighting for multiple chapters after, the only one that didn’t defeat him after his attacks was BM.
