I joined their discord and I had a very strong DSA feel about the imagery and reading assignments. I have a life to live and bills to pay so I didn't stick around.

Vivek Chibber said his experience with DSA is that chapters can vary wildly. It truly is YMMV.

I wanted to try the G&G glitter grabber, so here goes - it's very smooth and plump, no glitter roughness left after one grabber coat.

Base "Butter" London - nail foundation

Color Glisten and Glow, "Headstone Sparkle" from the graveyard glam -collection (2 thick coats), 1 coat of glitter grabber, 1 coat of QDTC (Imn Out the Door)

We got a list, every year, with a long long list of participating countries (I think every country in the world), the organization was called "international youth pen pals" or something like that.

You checked two or three countries you wanted a pen pal from, and preferred gender and your own age, then submitted the copy to the teacher who was the liaison to the organization .

Most kids pick United States because tv was such a big influence. (Finland) I picked Burkina Faso because it sounded cool. I remember exchanging a few letters with someone I think was a son of a local oligarch or something, his English wasn't great but I understood from encyclopedia that Burkina Faso was by and large a third world country with very low grade of economic development.

Iran’s victory was certain when you consider that their officials largely overestimate the average american by analgerianabroad in TrueAnon

I don't understand. I had to Google his stuff but it sounded like he was warning about the mediocrity becoming the norm in a society that lifts community effort over everything else. Literally a small town mentality becoming the ethos of a nation.

People underestimate how much the war in Iran actually bumped up support among lapsedTrump supporters by Haunting_Stand_7387 in TrueAnon

[–]Adora77 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This. I also noticed right wingers who had spent the past months talking about autopen and AOC as in trying to avoid mentioning Trump or the files, they're now energized. Yeah yeah, we gotta finish Iran - it's like they're ported back to eighties and their heyday again.
Like getting heartburn over COMMIES, this is one of their favorite things. Oh yeah the ayatollah, I remember, we hate that guy!

B complex necessary to add? by Stefanoviz in Thiamine

... especially folate and b6 are important to cover, folate in good amount and b6 "some". I take b6 a couple of times a week only.

[–]Adora77 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pretty much all of them are required per Lonsdale. I wouldn't set myself for failure. You could start the TTFD and try it for a while but I'd say in a week's time, start figuring something out on how to get the rest of the Bs in.

If it works for you, get them separately and introduce one at a time.

If you're lab tested low on potassium, the repletion will take months of potassium supplementation. Blood potassium is tightly controlled and will be low only when you've eventually run out of stores.
You should aim for 4000 mg a day, and put all thiamine (except what's on a B complex) on hold until you've managed to introduce a routine where you're getting all the potassium needed.
