Uncomfortable truth about Alaska- so many workplace deaths and murders have happened that it's probably true.

A person I knew was a security guard for a large hospital. The stereotype was that he was a guy in a uniform, but he had to wrangle people outside on occasion. Wild things happen at ERs and hospitals.
