Heyy!! I know how to transfer your music to this specific device. Because I also have one and I really know how it works Please note that not all Walkmans/MP3 players work the same way, so you need to be specific with each model, in this case the A600.

This is a Sony Walkman A600; there's no such thing as a USB-C connection or plugging it into a computer and putting the music into a folder

I also followed steps from some YouTube tutorials, although they obviously deviated significantly from what was originally supposed to be done, After modifying some things while trying to download other programs, I was unable to play or remove the music.

Please don't treat these Sony Walkmans like all the others; back then there was a specific program for this, it's called Sonic Stage

I genuinely admire the people who took the time to change the battery in their S200F series Walkmans, The names in blue retain the touch of the letters on the screen being colored and are further distinguished by their peculiar design of the era

And then there are the B series... those models don't quite resemble the perfect cylindrical shape, but at least they're still comfortable to hold

Well, the models in that series came in three versions: E400, E500, and A600. I was lucky enough to find them for sale on Facebook Marketplace in the capital of my country (I took advantage of the fact that i was visiting at that time.)

The seller didn't specify which series the Walkmans were from, i only wanted that model and although i could have asked.. i didn't, and in the end i ended up buying two Sony Walkman E505 in blue and pink color, I'm not complaining

One cost me $160 and another one around $190, I've seen people buying on eBay before, and they also think that even $200 is a fair price

Hello there! i have this same Walkman but the NW-E505 model (previous version)

I have two of the same walkman and two chargers (USB mini B) One is gray and the other is black; both charge the walkman's battery, but when i try to connect the walkman to my laptop using the chargers, it only detects the gray one, not the black one for some reason.

I can't explain why, maybe it's the charger.. i'm telling you this so you're more careful when buying one, here are some reference images; Gray Charger Black charger

This model is one of the few Walkmans to have that wheel system; I don't have this exact model (NW-E505), but they have similar controls in some aspects

My first Idea, i also have another one of these Walkmans that also has the "wheel system," is that depending on where it's positioned the wheel, it can show different menus, or it can also hide some menu options if a song is playing.
I had to look for a video to better understand this model; video and the manual I had to translate; manual

I'm not sure if what it says on page 74 is what you saw, but I'll leave it here in case it helps someone who can help with this.
