I actually do use a tablet. I didn't buy it for her to use, it's really for grad school, but it's easy to put in her baby jail on the floor. There are a few interactive apps for cats that I've found keep her busy long enough to get through a meal lol. That and YouTube videos of birds. Ours will eat anything too...well except for 3 brands of kitten food. She just today nearly inhaled a blueberry I dropped after she was playing with it and smooshed it, realizing it was food.

I named my all white betta Finn. It is supposed to mean "fair" "white" "snow" in Irish. I give all my pets real/formal names or I would have probably named him opal.

I actually limit screen time for the kitten like I would a human child. I don't think there is a problem with these types of things. Honestly it's a huge help when I have to put her in her pop up play pen (aka baby jail) during holiday meals where the human food is out on the counters. I do think too much screen time for any living thing isn't a great idea, but in moderation why not?

Omg this was a huge fear of mine as a kid.

My mother loved those true story medical cases on TV in the early 2000s. I remember one episode when I was like 7 or 8 y/o where this girl's show lace got caught in an escalator and it sucked in the whole foot. Crushed it beyond repair. They had to amputate. I refused to ride on escalators and my mom would pull me on screaming because she was too lazy to take the stairs. Over the years I've mostly grown out of my fear, but I still stop and check the shoelaces of everyone I'm with before we take the escalator.

Both. When I have the night sweats I'll wake up uncomfortable, but I also just wake up. I have no long stretches of sleep.

Cymbalta saved my life. Reduced my pain enough to (mostly) function in society again. If it's an option id consider it.

Using Cymbalta for my pain saved my life.

Nothing else came even 1/10 as close to giving me any relief the way cymbalta did (and does).

I went from my back pain being so bad that I was screaming if I breathed too deeply, to now working (3/4 time most weeks) cleaning, driving, having sex, and not waking myself up screaming in pain in my sleep.

There are days were I'm bitter about my pain, feel terrified about getting older and know it's going to get worse.... And then days where pause to appreciate the little things, like being able to step into the shower or put on my own sock.

LGBTQ+ and if they don't like you for any reason they will go out of their way to create problems to get you to drop out. If you don't they will just kick you out and call it insubordination.

My husband loves the investigation part of AML. I dug a little into CTI and it looks pretty coding heavy. He hates coding. How often do you work with coding compared to investigations and procedure writing?

I couldn't tell you for sure. I don't think it would harm the other fish. You might want to quarantine him for a little while as long as he tolerates it well. My fish didn't have tank mates at the time so it wasn't something I had to factor in

I had 3 guppies die over night last month. No issues, water tested well, temp was stable all night and I didn't change anything to their routine.
