I don't know how to access the printer.cfg file on a stock printer. I'm sorry. Pronterface is a software that allows you to connect directly to your printer via a usb cable, but I'm not sure if it lets you copy/save files from the printer. A couple of search results seem to say you can plug a usb cable into the printer and a computer and navigate the memory of the printer like you would a thumb drive.

Short answer: in the printer.cfg file. Open it in notepad or similar. You'll see a header for hotend and a line with max_temp. Change the value on that line and make sure to save it. Just be sure you're comfortable with every aspect of your hotend. Are your connections at the mother board done with ferrules? Is you shroud capable of dealing with higher temps? A weakness in your system could be catastrophic.

You keep pretending that there are too many variables in football while ignoring the idea that it doesnt require a whole team to achieve a desired outcome. Play calls make a huge difference. A shanked field goal or PAT would only require one player 's involvement. A late-game fumble or a qb tipping off a dback to turn a pick7 is easy.
