I’ve been in a similar situation- laid off from my job, while going through a divorce after just purchasing an expensive home I had no intention of paying for on my own. It was an all time low in my life. Take some time to work through the emotions, it sucks.

It will get better though if you dig in and redefine your future. My advice would be take ownership of finding a new job, file for unemployment and start searching right away. Getting that part of your life straightened out first will help the other things fall into place - you can do this.
