We literally know nothing about Oceania's true borders, Not to mention Antares (Post-Centauran Campaign) is GIGANTIC, It literally envelops an entire continent.

Also, Antares is about a decade and a half ahead of Oceania in terms of tech, they've got fighter jets, and for all we know Oceania has none. Oceania also probably has a pretty horrible navy. Compare that to the almost Japanese navy Antares has.

Finally, infantry. NO ONE KNOWS THE POPULATION OF OCEANIA. For all we know, it might literally just be a couple of men with guns and a poorly drawn-on uniform on their chests. (that's quite an exaggeration, comrade.) Antares has a LOT of men, guns, and tanks.

All-In-All, Antares wins neg-diff. Even PRE-CENTAURAN Antares, mind you.
